Apple Bread
Besides being very tasteful food, Apple Bread is
healthy and provides you with tons of much needed
energy. You can of course buy the apples at any
grocery store, but if you have your own apple tree,
get an apple from there. Using your own products
makes it extra tasty! Here are some of the vitamins
an apple contains : Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and B Complex. And to help your blood formation, Iron is included, as well as plenty of minerals.

The ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ofvanilla
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
4 cups grated apples

And for the topping

1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons of flour
1/4 cup butter

Let's start!

The first thing you'll need to do is mix the sugar, oil, vanilla,
eggs, baking soda and salt. Now stir then in the apples and flout. Get 2 loaf pans and sprinkle 50% of the topping in them. Now add the ingredients you just mixed to the pans.
The remaining 50% of the topping can be used on top of
the dough. This gives it some extra taste. You will need to
bake it in the oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
