Avocado Salad
This can be a really hot Mexican salad if you do it
the right way. It shouldn't take you a longer than
12 minutes to get this Avocado Salad recipe ready
for serving. Make sure you and your guests like
spicy food though! It is recommended to use ripe
and large avocados for this recipe. Walla Walla
sweet or Vidalia onions are recommended as well
to get the maximum out of your Avocado Salad.

SHORT RECIPE
The ingredients

2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 lime, juiced
salt and pepper, use an amount that you feel
creates the best taste. This is a personal preference,
and very different per individual.

Grab a medium sized bowl and combine the onion, avocados, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and tomato.
Make sure those ingredients are nicely mixed. Now gently
toss until it's evenly coated. Finish by adding salt and
pepper until you are satisfied with the taste.
