Beef Stroganoff Recipe
The story goes that a Russian chef invented this
recipe for his General boss somewhere in the late
19th century. Obviously it's hard to determine
whether this story is accurate. But regardless of that,
it's a very tast recipe! So take some time to get it right!


Beef Stroganoff is tender strips of beef and delicious
mushroom cooked in a sour cream souce and usually
services over noodles or rice, like this recipe. Your
guests will definitely love your Beef Stroganoff!


THE EASY WAY
So what are the ingredients?

Here you go :

1 to 1/2 pounds stew beef
1 package egg noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 oz sour cream
mushrooms


First prepare the noodles as mentioned in the description
of the package. Fry the beef and mushrooms in skillet with two tablespoons of oil. Drain the noodles and add beef, oil as well if you wish to. The best taste comes the following
day so remember that when serving.

Beef Stroganoff is very popular in Brazil, however, it's
services with tomato sauce to give it an extra dimension
