The ingredients

4 large eggs
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped ham
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- First pre-heat your oven at around 160 Celsius (325 F).

- Separate the eggs.

- Grab a medium-sized bowl and throw the eggs in it.
Beat the egg whites until fluffy then throw in the water
and salt. Beat until the whole product is stiff.

- Get another bowl and beat yolks until they are thick
and have a lemon colour. Gently fold into the whites.
Add the green bell pepper, chopped ham and then the
onion.

- Now heat the butter until it's sizzling. Pour in the egg
ingredients and swirl until it's rolling up the sides. Next,
reduce heat and cook for about 9 minutes. Don't stir for
the duration of those 9 minutes. Place the skillet in the
oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes.

- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top and
put the skillet back in the oven until the cheese melts.

- Fold in half and remove the platter.
