Pancakes
I'd say a majority of people have eaten pancakes once.
It's an old recipe that still is very popular, especially in
families with children. Pancakes are tasty and ease your hunger quickly. Pancakes can be covered with pretty much anything you want. Sweet covering like sugar or syprop are the most popular, however, you can also put meat or vegetables on top for a healthy mix if you prefer that.

What you need:
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1 1/2 Tbl sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
dash of salt
1 c. plus 2 Tbl flour
3/4 cup of melted butter

You should be able to get 15 pancakes out of this recipe.

How to make Pancakes:

First come the egg yolks, the milk and sour cream - make
sure you stir well. Next you have to combine the dry ingredients and slowly add to sour cream mixture, stir until
the mixture is smooth. Stir in melted butter once done.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. Softly fold
into flour mixture. Get a lightly greased pan and throw in
about 1/4 cup of batter to make your pancake. Once you
see bubbles appear on your pancake, turn it.
