Spicy Spaghetti Chicken

The ingredients

6 ounces of spaghetti
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into inch cubes
3 teaspoons of cajun seasoning
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup green peppers, chopped
4 green onions, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups fat-free half-and-half

Instructions
First cook the spaghetti. Sprinkle the chicken with cajun seasoning. Coat skillet with non stick cooking spray. Cook chicken in skillet until lightly browned and juices run clear, give it about 7 minutes. Remove the chicken from skillet and keep it warm for the moment. In the same skillet saute mushrooms, onions, green pepper and garlic, until they are almost tender. Get a bowl and combine cornstarch, salt and pepper, and sprinkle the vegetables over the skillet. Cook and stir for about 1 minute slowly adding in the half and half. Bring to a boil on medium heat and cook till the mixture is thickened. Return chicken to skillet and heat though. And finally pour over the cooked and drained noodles.
